Western Washington University will again offer a wide array of programs for kids in grades K-12 throughout summer 2017.
For the past 35 years, Western’s youth programs have encouraged kids to explore a favorite topic and consider opportunities in higher education. Participants experience hands-on learning and gain exposure to a college campus under the instruction of Western’s top-quality educators.
Scholarships for middle school and high school students from Whatcom County are available through the Assistance League of Bellingham.
Youth Programs welcomes a tax deductible donation to the Youth Programs Scholarship fund to provide the opportunity to enroll for students who can’t participate otherwise. Visit the web for more information at http://assistanceleaguebellingham.org/scholarship/.
WWU Summer youth programs are also available in Anacortes and Poulsbo. Anacortes programs are held at the Shannon Point Marine Center, while Poulsbo programs are at the SEA Discovery Center.
