Bowler hat sales benefit the Fairhaven Fund which provides special maintenance funds for the Village Green.

The Colophon Cafe on the edge of the Village Green was busy all day.

On Harris Ave meanwhile, folks come streaming up the hill after the race finish to join in the party in Fairhaven.

Food, drink and music in plenty is what they find. The far tent is the bandstand on McKenzie Avenue, with the beer garden uphill of it and then the food booths.

Gordy Tweit and his cameras is our final photo. Gordy is our beloved Fairhaven chronicler of people and events. His photos will be displayed in the pharmacy windows over the next week or two.

Harris at 11th is the center of Fairhaven. Between all the shops and all the vendors, visitors had plenty of diversions.

Down Harris Avenue to Marine Park and the Ski to Sea finish line. After the finish, everyone comes up into Fairhaven for food, drink, music and shopping the vendor booths. Fairhaven puts on a party for racers and their support teams.

Meanwhile, back at the music, these little gals are fully into the rhythm.

Buskers played at the street corners, helping the music to be everywhere in Fairhaven.

A familiar site each year is the Red Cross booth. They patched scrapes, helped with directions, provided lost and found services, and gave any other help that folks needed.

Another view of the vendor booths on 11th. The ambiance of Historic Fairhaven comes through nicely in this picture.

Over 60 vendors lined 11th Street, selling everything. The historic buildings lining both sides of the street make a great setting for this street fair.

Late afternoon on the Village Green - still relaxing. The 21 non-profit organizations in the pergola booths had a great day telling folks about their programs.

The Village Green has found a place in the festival - hosting non-profit groups under the neat pergola. It was a relaxing but fun place all afternoon.

The Walrus played to a full crowd from the temporary stage on McKenzie Ave. They were one of five bands that played into the evening. As the first racers finished about 2 pm, the sun came out and warmed up the party.
