Taylor Avenue Dock Work Begins

Tomorrow, Friday at 12 noon sharp, will be the Ground Breaking ceremony at 10th Street and Taylor Avenue for the restoration of the dock. Years in the planning, the Bellingham Parks Department will build a boardwalk connecting Boulevard Park and Fairhaven.
