Harris Ave and 10th gets a new surface

It is already completed and open to traffic this Friday morning. It was quick but disruptive to the retail businesses but much appreciated by all. The city Public Works has the whole intersection at 10th and Harris torn apart on Wednesday and repaved with asphalt on Thursday. Here the crew lays down the last strip of asphalt down Harris Avenue about 3 pm on Thursday.
